Are you Ready to Contribute to Utopian Colony? [Short Fundition Tutorial]

Utopian.



A name that sounded very appealing to me but seemed also a bit unapproachable when I first landed on steem and started exploring..

According to Wikipedia, A Utopia is an imagined community or society that possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its citizens.

And the last few months, it is the vision that I, too, share with the Utopian Team.

To help expand the existing community where people use a decentralized blockchain to share knowledge, to empower, to incentivize, to motivate, to be part of tomorrow

Because, after all, as per Tim O' Reilly (the man who popularized open source), "Empowerment of individuals is a key part of what makes open source work, since in the end, innovations tend to come from small groups, not from large, structured efforts"

So, today, I decided it was time I contribute to this cause - to the Utopian Colony


Today, is a day that we post the weekly reports for all Utopian Categories. This week there were no contributions for the Visibility Category, so I thought I would take some time to contribute to Utopian Campaign BUT at the same time, share with you the way to do it via Fundition!

So, let us start!

[2] Click on Login (assuming you have a steem account)



You will be asked to use steemconnect for connecting

[3] Click Continue & Click Your Account

[4] Free Hearts



You can choose to give some free hearts (to be honest I did not understand what it is and why, but I did give a 100% of my free hearts!

[5] This is the success message!

[6] Time to choose from the available rewards!



[7] My choice? The Secret Steemian Bundle OF COURSE!!

This secret perk, will be available only for Steemians!

It will give us access to Utopian rewards and many rewards by partner dapps

Of course we will also get

  • instant username reservation and

  • early access to the Utopian Colony!

[8] Methods of Payment



You can choose between a variety of method payments

  1. Cryptocurrency such as Bitshares, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash,etc with small fees
  2. SteemWallet (0 fees and of course my choice!)
  3. TronWallet (also 0% fees)
  4. Paypal with regular fees

The available choices are
a. Payment the chosen amount (which you can edit)
b. Gift the amounts already in your wallet

In my case $40 are equivalent with current rates to 83.929 Steem

[11] I even get the option to choose if I wish to pay with Steem or SBD!



(I chose SBD)

[12] Then you may either choose to stay anonymous or write down your username/email for the founder / project



[13] Confirm Payment

After you click confirm, you receive another prompt to confirm the previously selected action (so, you got plenty of opportunities to go back and select a different method/amount/reward
