What does EIP stand for in Hive?

What does EIP mean in Hive?
A few days ago I read a post about a new project, @reward.app. The project is inspired and run by @acidyo. (More info about the project is found here.
In this post, I found the acronym EIP.
I tried to look for it on google, but could not find any information. Could someone assist with links and more info about what it means?
