Hope

April has not arrived in the best way for the most of us.
It has found us under complete lockdown, in terror, with empty pockets and a full set of feelings sometimes impossible to manage.
Even so, I cannot only see the bad news.
I cannot only see the negativity and death.
Bad things happen all around us (they happened even before pandemic strikes) - but that does not mean that we cannot do something about it.

.

Hope
.
What a magic word. It can bring air when you suffocate, it can bring light under heavy darkness, it can bring droplets of water when drought is all around.
Maybe it is just the romantic side of me, but I think that without positivism, the world would not be the same.
.
Yesterday, during my daily walk - I saw this amazing scenery. Rays of sun falling on the water, giving light to the gloomy, cloudy sky. I felt hope. I felt my heart warming up.
I was staring, I did not film or take a photograph.
Suddenly, I saw a car stopping behind me.
An older man, someone's grandpapa got out of the car.
He got out and looked in awe.
Then he took his smartphone out of his pocket and lifted it up to take a photograph.
A snapshot of a little miracle happening in nature.
.
And I felt there was hope
There should be.
Even if we die, let us die longing for better days to come.
Let us sprinkle good energy to the universe.

If you would like, take a couple of minutes from your time to listen to this song
(I was listening at it when these lines came out of my head)
