Let's discuss .. home

When you think of home, what comes to mind?
I used to think of my parents' home, but lately that changed.
Our house, the place we live in - is our shelter. We rest, we grow up, we spend our time there.
We spend efforts to keep it clean, to be comfortable with all kind of things we use to entertain ourself.
But is it home? Or, is it the only home?
Home, to me, is mother nature. Our second home home. My home. My happy place.
(check out the video below to see this creature moving around - it is apparently some kind of shrimp creature that found shelter in an old empty snail box)
Not my garbage, but my planet
But why I am posting about it? Because it is always better to set an example than just telling people what is right.
Today I found some garbage that I just had to pick up even if I did not have any gloves with me. I actually found part of a car door, along with other stuff. Of course I took them to the trash.
I also discovered that there is a tag on Instagram #earthdayeveryday that people use to show ecofriendly actions (including picking up garbage) - so I am starting to feel that there are more people thinking like me!
(Image of a telephone card that I found on the beach. If you zoom in, you will see that the card's date is 2005!)
Oh the things we can (re)discover
Even in our (first) home, there are always things we can improve, we can make better and we could be more comfortable. Even at home, you can discover something you have never thought before.
Same in nature, you can find yourself as you discover all the simple, though amazing things happening around you..
