The tide ..
Today I am very happy.
I hit another little goal and am on my way for the even greater one, hopefully it can be reached before 2020 arrives.
At the 'grey hour*' I went for a little walk to my favorite place, and I took some images of waves. Of them all, the one below was maybe the best one for today.
As I was surfing, I stumbled upon the below text by Victoria Erickson and it really felt fitting here.
“Half of me is filled with bursting words and half of me is painfully shy. I crave solitude yet also crave people. I want to pour life and love into everything yet also nurture my self-care and go gently. I want to live within the rush of primal, intuitive decision, yet also wish to sit and contemplate. This is the messiness of life - that we all carry multitudes, so must sit with the shifts. We are complicated creatures, and ultimately, the balance comes from this understanding. Be water. Flowing, flexible and soft. Subtly powerful and open. Wild and serene. Able to accept all changes, yet still led by the pull of steady tides. It is enough.”

*In the winter time, before sunset, everything turns grey - where the sea and the sky is.. this is what I call 'the grey hour' - does it have another name?
I was also listening to the live session of my friends @thetroublenotes as I was writing this, if you wish - take a moment to listen to them (if you have not already) - I guarantee, you will be sorry to have missed them
So to sum it all up.. My suggestion for this evening is
