When we post here, what license is valid for our images/content?

We post photos and a variety of images on a daily basis, but what about the license of the content? Should we mention every time the license or is there a by default clause for hive?
Maybe it is a stupid question, but I am not sure where to find the answer

A first attempt

I would like to show you my first attempt of drawing something with shade 😊 I don’t have the proper pencils, but tried to do my best using a HB pencil. I think I will buy myself some new pencils soon, when I gather some money
