Oh what an elegant origin of this lovely flower... Did you know that Daisy Means "Day's Eye" ??

The name comes from the Old English "daes eage," which has themeaning "day's eye." The reason of the name is because the flowers petals close at night, to open again at dawn,l. This marks the beginning of a new day!
