Where past leaves its marks...
Hello everyone! I hope you are doing wonderful.
Today I wanted to make a different post (for a shrimp eating a gigantic piece of bread), but then I remembered this wonderful post by @derangedvisions
Contests
First of all, make sure you follow the contests of @derangedvisions
He holds a number of different themed contests, and the best thing? There are tiers, so you dont have to be a professional photographer to take part!
My city ...
I love my city (@aboutheraklion) so I really enjoy learn about it, wandering in its narrow streets, smelling its scents of the past and making up stories of what it may have been ..
Behind closed doors
A few days ago I was walking at my city's roads (my first walk after lockdown ended) and I would notice new things at ever instant.
I was very surprised to see this house. Like many (oh too many) other houses, it was an abandoned place but here .. there was a peculiarity.
If you notice the glass windows of the old door, you will still see the lace-curtain still hanging.
It made me felt so sad, and inspired. Maybe someone will be happy to make drawings about some of these houses, or maybe someone will decide to dig up stories and write a book (or more)
