World Environment Day
It is more than remembering this day once every year. It is always more than that.
At least every time we try to wake up consciousnesses, and to inspire people. Especially children should be admiring, questioning, wanting to learn more. Just yesterday I was discussing with an 11 year old girl and she was very happy to know more about bees and did not understand why they were so important for the world.
World Environment Day
This day has been celebrated since 1972. The last years, every year has a specific theme.
The theme for 2020 is "Bio Diversity", and will be hosted in Colombia in partnership with Germany.

The foods we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and the climate that makes our planet habitable all come from nature.

So let me show some of my today's pictures. Today we are having strong winds, south winds on the island. Winds always cause issues, but especially south winds at the place where I live - causes many problems. I hope they will end soon!
This morning, before the very strong winds came, I saw dozens of seagulls flying over my house. Unfortunately I could not take any decent shots or video so I decided to draw one!
