Full moon in Crete - 10 January 2020

It was a lovely day, after a very bad week with storm, winds and so much rain.
Looking for a beautiful cloud, colored with sunset hues, I run into the full moon trying to escape the sea and fly high in the sky.
I saw it trapped in the sea and right afterwards, the clouds try to trap it too - no luck though!
It went up in the sky, brightening the whole world around it and warmed our hearts.
When I got back home, I found out this lines that have remained by ancient Greek Sappho
The stars about the lovely moon
Fade back and vanish very soon
When, round and full, her silver face
Swims into sight and lights all space
-Sappho (630 – 570 BC)
Searching some more, I found a couple of Greek translations that I really looved...
I hope you will like my video and that it will be like you experienced it yourself!
Have a lovely weekend!
Μετ. Ι.Θ.
