Heraklion Jetty is located by Koules Fortress, at the Venetian Port of Heraklion city.
It is a very popular place for both citizens and also for visitors.
Someone can take the time to walk along the mole, to run, to cycle while admiring the scenery.
Approximately at the middle of the jetty, you will find impressive graffiti work and more artworks that give more color to the cemented side of the jetty.
This video is my first effort to show you what a walk at the jetty looks like.

Tips:

• Make sure you have a hat on and some water if you visit during summer time.

• Always remember that you have to return, so go only as far as you can handle.

• At the end you will find a lighthouse

• The sunset looks amazing, any time of the year you visit. (During summer time, sun sets in the sea)

• When it is very windy, the waves can be very high until the point of Koules
